*Material and structural description of the entire machine:

① The frame adopts SUS304 # stainless steel square tube welding;

② The material contact part is made of 304 # stainless steel material;

③ The control cabinet and filling part are designed separately, making cleaning more convenient;

④ The equipment is equipped with a laminar flow purification hood to improve the cleanliness of filling;

⑤ Install a waste recycling tank below the rack;

⑥ Using brushed square tubes to make door frames+organic glass.

*Work flow: automatic feeding cup→automatic pressing cup→servo quantitative filling→unwinding film→automatic printing of production date→electric eye detection→sealing I→electric eye correction→sealing II→shearing→collecting waste film→manipulator grabbing and withdrawing cup,the whole process is fully automated control.
